AMWL values diversity. We aim to recruit women of different backgrounds and cultures to foster an environment of growth, learning, and inclusivity within our organization. We organize a multitude of events each year with the goal to learn more about different cultures and give members a chance to share more about themselves.

Culturally Immersive Events
AMWL organizes a multitude of cultural events that reflect the vast diversity of our members. Through this, we foster a culture of inclusion, acceptance and education.
Degriefing
The last meeting of every semester is dedicated to a degriefing exercise. The members are encouraged to engage in open communication about their struggles, successes, triumphs, failures and stresses over the past semester. The meeting is meant to relieve stress, share burdens and increase mindfulness over oneself.
